I've been experiencing issues emptying my bladder fully. I've had these flair ups for about a month. Currently when I try to pee I only get a little bit out, slow stream/trickle, I I can sit for 5-10 minutes on toilet with the urge but very little comes out. I've experienced UTI's, kidney stones and I had a benign bladder tumor reymoved 4yrs ago. I don't think it's a UTI, I do have bloody tissue in the toilet after going, I can tell it's not menstraul blood either(no blood on pad or underwear, just in toilet & when I wipe on tissue.. I did look down there with a good light, mirror and clean hands. My urethra opening is swollen and looks like a protruding raspberry. The tissue is not soft, but rigged, bumpy texture and looks like the source for bleeding.
It's not anything related to a std, as I've been with only my husband for 16 yrs and know from required tests when pregnant. I can't tell if it's painful as I have other health issues that require me to take 20mg ER oxycodone 1 every 12 hrs & 10/325 Percocet up to 4 a day for pain related to arthritis of spine, hands, wrist, shoulders. Today I am experiencing some lower back pain and discomfort in my lady region that the medicine isn't strong enough to cover pain. The closest image I've found online to resemble my issue is Urethral caruncle.
Should I go to ER for bloodwork, physical exam & imaging??
