Its has been 3 months since i had a l5/s1 discecomy ...and after sitting for more than 2 -5min major pain starting again under the left buttock and shooting down my left leg to my calf...? I try to be possitive with physio though it is getting back to the same intensity as it was before the op.. my left leg is still numb ..i went off work in late may ..op was in early aug .now its all comming back ? Im as baffled as my physio ? On light duties atm back to see sugeon next month..its driving me.. as i work in tourism as a rafting guide for the last 20 years.can you help pls
