Itchy Toes, Swollen, Blisters. Taking Antibiotics, Now Looking Crusty And Yellow. Suggestions?

Hi. My big toe randomly became very itchy, and I scratched it. Now, both big toes are swollen, covered in blisters and clear, painful dots. I went to the doctors and was prescribed a medication that was both an antibiotic in case of infection, and treated fungal problems. Now, my toe is crusty looking and yellow, like it's dry, and the side has swollen up.
