I am a man of 25yrs old. Recently I started feeling itchy sensation on my penis and scrotum area. The following months i noticed I was developing oval patches on the penis shaft which will later dry and disappear. On the scrotum i have a small painless bump like an ordinary pimple which come and disappear for weeks now. I tried using anti-inflammatory called beclomin and the itchiness has gone. Even though I can still see the skin patches beneath the skin on the penis shaft. What can this be? please help. Can it be an STI or just an allergy from using latex condoms. Because the condition just started after using latex condom recently plus I used to wash my private area using undiluted anti-septic/disinfectant(DETOL). Please help.
