Itchy Rashes On Face. Used Clotrimazole Cream. Help
Hi, My name is Vera, I have been suffering from a terrible skin condition(itchy rashes ) on my face for some years now. The only thing that usually clears the rashes is Beytucen( clotrimazole cream). Currently I am in a location that does not have beytucen, I have used different forms of cream but its getting worse. Please I need help urgently. Thanks.

hi itchy rashes on the face responding to clotrimazole is tinea facei which is afungal infection caused by superficial fungal dermatophytes.it presents as erythematous annular lesions with central clearing.it should be treated with atarax 25 mg at night,terbinafine 250mg once daily for 14 days and application of terbinafine cream twice daily can cure it
