Hello and welcome to HCM
Itchy rash on the body can be due to a number of causes like fungal infection, dryness, allergy, drugs, etc.
Psoriasis usually does not present in this manner.
It commonly involves the extensor surfaces of limbs and it is characterised by dry white colored patches which bleed on scratching.
As you have mentioned that you have not used any new product in recent past so possibility of allergy is ruled out.
A clinical evaluation and a skin biopsy may be required to know the cause of such symptoms.

Thanks and take care
