Hi Thanks for your query Now according to the description of the skin lesions that you have developed, there are two possibilities. Either you have developed contact eczema of the hands or it is a fungal infection. Now the treatment for both of these condition is different. For contact eczema, mostly a topical steroid is required along with elimination of the suspected allergen. For fungal infection,topical antifungal drugs are used by most dermatologists for its management.
