Hello and welcome to HCM,
The presence of lumps around the
anal canal and in the vaginal lip is most probably due to sexually transmitted diseases (STDs).
Unprotected sex can lead to STDs.
Are these lumps accompanied by discharge?
If yes, the discharge needs to be examined microscopically to look for evidence of infection.
If no discharge is present, a scraping from the lumps can be taken.
These scrapings can be examined microscopically to look for infection.
In case an infectious agent is isolated, treatment for this infection has to be instituted.
However, avoid sexual contact till the infection clears away completely.
You partner also needs to be examined and tested for STDs.
Practice
safe sex in future to avoid transmission of STDs.
Thanks and take care
