Itchy Lump Around Anus, Bleeds On Wiping. Bump Inside Inner Lip Of Vagina, Hurts. Is It STD?

This is kinda embarrassing. I have two problems. The first is lately (within a month) I've noticed (only by touch) what feels like lumps around my anus, no matter how hard I scrub and sometimes when I wipe, it starts to bleed. Otherwise it doesn't hurt, just mostly itches. Any ideas? Please help. Then my second problem, for the past 2-3 days I've had a sort of irritation feeling in my vagina, tonight I finally decided to touch, and I found one single bump in the inner lip. It's red, and it hurts when I touch, walk, stand wrong and wipe. I am sexually active, but I haven't had sex in almost 3 weeks, but it was with someone without a condom. Could it be an STD?

Hello and welcome to HCM,
The presence of lumps around the anal canal and in the vaginal lip is most probably due to sexually transmitted diseases (STDs).
Unprotected sex can lead to STDs.
Are these lumps accompanied by discharge?
If yes, the discharge needs to be examined microscopically to look for evidence of infection.
If no discharge is present, a scraping from the lumps can be taken.
These scrapings can be examined microscopically to look for infection.
In case an infectious agent is isolated, treatment for this infection has to be instituted.
However, avoid sexual contact till the infection clears away completely.
You partner also needs to be examined and tested for STDs.
Practice safe sex in future to avoid transmission of STDs.

Thanks and take care
