ive started to have these small clear little spots which iche like crazy, on my finger i used savolon and moisteriser and they cleared up but now they are on my other finger and ive been to the doctors but it hasnt helped as she put me on acidclova but its just not workiing she said it could be a coldsore but i dnt think it is. when they iche i just end up scratching them and when they pop they release this clear stuff and then they spread more onto my finger and now all my skin has gone all dry, cracked and really sore and my skin feels really tight. im getting really embarrised of it now can you help?
