Hi, It seems that your status might be atopic. You may have dry skin and tendency to develop contact allergic dermatitis. The lesions on legs, eyelids and breasts would be atopic dermatitis. You might be sensitive to many known and unknown things. You are pregnant and there is lesion on nipple. Nipple eczema... Your worry is considerable .. But , you must remain careful. Avoid soap,, synthetic silky and woolen clothes, deodarants,perfume, cosmetics...etc Keep away from dusts,pollens,grass,fume...etc Avoid cows milk,nuts, peas,fermented food,yeast,culrd,yogurt,sea food,banana , ,bringel ..etc Stress and worries can exacerbate your skin lesions, so be calm and cool. You consult dermatologist for firm diagnosis and treatment. Topical steroids,tacrolimus and pimecrolimus might be helpful. Oral antihistaminics may be taken under supervision.
