Itching under my left eye, temple, around my ear, jaw and neck. Is this something that should be addressed immediately? Cure?

Three weeks ago, twitching began under my left eye. I thought due to stress and fatigue....
Last week I also began feeling a sort of numbness in my cheekbone area. Today, this has spread from my temple, around my ear, jaw and neck. The earliest appointment I can get is in one week. Ideas? Is this something that should be addressed now?
Thank you for your input.
