Hi
Welcome to Healthcare-Magic
Greetings of the day

If the blood is less in quantity and not associated with excessive crying its likely to be dysentry.
If the blood is gross like red currant jelly and associated with excessive crying , possibility of Intussusception needs to be considered.
Further assesmment by Ultrasound abdomen is required.

In case you need any further assistance, will be glad to assist you.

Wishing you happy and healthy life

Take Care
