Hi There

After going through your query I understand your concern

I would like to tell you that RBBB ( Right bundle branch block ) is normal in some significant no of adult males. You can live your life normally.

You can do your gym but it's advisable not to overt exert yourself whenever you feel tired stop there right away and rest.

Hopefully this will answer your query.

Kind Regards
Dr Navneet Mahajan
