3 weeks ago i received a handjob from a random guy in the subway, i also masturbated him and touched my penis with the same hand i touched him with (though i doubt fluids were exchanged im not sure). I did however notice a reddish blotch on his penis head...anyway since then i have had typical std symptoms though i know there is slim to no chance of contracting anything from mutual masturbation, i still went for testing 4 days after the incident. i was treated with a shot of antibiotic(not sure which) as well as 2 weeks of doxycycline 100mg. while on the antibiotics i did have a few drinks but nothing outrageous and the antibiotics seemed to have work as all symptoms were gone. that is until 2 days after the last pill was taken. i started having a white discharge from my penis(previously was clear to moderately cloudy) as well as difficulties(more like no urge) to urinate. also a tingling/burning sensation on and under the head of my penis. what could this be (std test were negative however not tested for HSV thought no blisters or sores after 3 weeks...please help im worried it can be something serious
