Is Weakness In Leg A Side Effect Of Metoprolol For High Blood Pressure?

I have been taking Metoprolol for several years for mildly high bp. Lately I have been very, very tired. I can sleep any time of the day. Also my legs have become extremely weak. Is this a side effect of metoprolol? And, I feel like I have gained a lot of weight.

HI
Thank for asking to HCM
I can understand this whatever the problem that you have stated here is not because of the Mtoprolol but could be due to something else and that need to be ruled out you have history of hypertension then it is better to get done the CT head test hope this information helps you take care and have nice day.
