Is Warm Sensation On Ankle Normal?

I have a warm sensation on the bottom of my left foot and sometimes the right foot in front of the heal. Should I be concerned. No pain just the warm sensation that last about 15 seconds and I can t count how many times during the day that it accures.

Hello,

As there is no pain and just warmth then it will be nothing to worry much. Do feet exercise as sometimes due to muscle weakness there will be changes of metabolic waste to lead to symptoms.

Doing contrast bath and simple feet muscle strengthening exercises will help.
