Is Via Ananas Safe For Losing Weight?

hi , i want to know informations about via ananas , i am a female my age is 17 my weight is 73 and my height is 170 . i am always on a diet and usually excercise but i never lose weight , will via ananas help me ? is it safe ? will i regain the weight i lose after i stop taking those pills ?
