Is Vaping Using Flavoured Oils Safe?

Hi. My grandson recently started vaping and uses various flavored oils. Do you have more information on the dangers of vaping other than what I am currently reading on WebMD? Also, does the vapors inhaled cause these oils to remain in the lungs causing health problems?
