Is Vaginal Bleeding After Taking Aspirin A Cause Of Concern?

With primary hypothyroidism (15 years after radioactive iodine treatment), family history of pituitary tumors, being treated for hypertension and recent reduction in Synthroid supplement, I am post menopausal for 18 months now. Taking a daily aspirin regimine. Today I started menses again. Cause for concern?

Post menopausal bleeding may be due to number of causes like, atrophic vaginitis-thinning of vaginal lining, endometrial hypertrophy/atrophy-uterus lining abnormality,polyps- tissue growth in cervix, or dysfunctional uterine bleeding. Please consult your gynacologist.
