Is Using Nebulizer With Saline Water Right Treatment For Wheezing In An Infant?

Hi, I have a 7 months old baby girl who is congested for the last 2 months and now she is wheezing. She got some antibiotic & some steroid tablets to help out which did but I still hear the wheezing in her chest. I was planning to buy a nebuliser to use with saline water. She does not have any fever, sleep better and eat well. Is it a good solution?

Let me tell you that instead of looking for the symptomatic medicine better to know the underlying cause of this and this need to be treated if the case not being investigated for chronic cough then it is advisable to get it done and have a opinion from pediatrician, take care, have a nice day.
