Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..

As per your complain Isotret 20 contains active ingredient Isotretinoin hat is a retinoid and a commonly used medication for curing acne..
As far as other medication is concerned, it might be most probably Antibiotic that is also given commonly to cure acne..
Both these medicines can cause side effects and if you are suffering from any discomfort due to these medications you should consult your treating Dermatologist and get evaluated and he can advise you change in medication or dose reduction or adding up other medications to relieve the discomfort depending upon your symptoms..
You can also start taking topical treatment like wash your face with Salicylic acid containing facewash..
Apply topical ointment containing Clindamycin and Benzoyl Peroxide..
Apply retinoids like Adapelene gel in thin layer on pimples at night time..
Do cool compresses over face..
Exfoliate your face twice a week to unclog the pores and remove dead skin..
You can also apply a sunscreen lotion when exposed to sun..

Hope this information helps..

Thanks and regards.
