Is Urination And Blood Pressure Levels Correlated?

I have been monitoring my husband's blood pressure for 5 months. Reading is taken in the morning and in the evening before going to bed. I notice that if the blood pressure is taken immediate after he urinates, it is higher. Is there a correlation between peeing and blood pressure?
