Hi.

Urinary incontinence does not seem to be due to the side effect of Forecox. Based on the history given in your query your father seems to have developed symptoms suggestive of psychosis. Forecox is commonly prescribed to treat tuberculosis. It consists of four active drugs isoniazid, rifampicin, ethambutol and pyrazinamide. Although it is less common, however isoniazid and ethambutol are known to cause psychosis in some patients. Other possibility that should be ruled out by his treating doctor is intracranial tuberculoma (tuberculosis in the brain).

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
