Is Trying For Pregnany Without Removing The Ovarian Mass Safe?
My wife has solid mass on the left ovary siz 6.5*5.5 we dicover that while she was pregnant .and afeter delivary 8 month dr advise to remove the ovary with the mass .i ask if we can got another pregnancy wihout removing this mass and if we do it may converted from begnin to tumer ?

It is better to remove the cyst before planing to conceive, otherwise it might go in for complications like rupture or torsion. Now it will be safe to remove. You can opt for laparoscopic surgery for ovarian mass.
