Is Tmj And Muscle Pain Due To Arthritis?

Hi, I have arthritis, I eat healthy, I am not over weight, I am using prednisone to help with the paid because I seem to have many allergies to many of the medicines I have tried. I recently got TMJ and was told it may be related to my arthritis. Also, I have muscle pain in my right arm. I have seen my doctors but feel like I am not receiving the help I need. Can you help or have any suggestions Thank you, Lynn
