Is Tingling Feeling On The Tip Of Penis Suggestive Of Bacterial Infection?

My penis touched a public toile earlier in the week. t I am fearful I may have contracted something, I have a tingly feeling on the tip on my penis and I keep touching it thinking it ll help but I irritate it more. Do I have a UTI or bacterial infection from touching my penis? Or do I have something worse? I asked and looked up there s no way to get an STD through a toilet but I have high anxiety and I m in a committed relationship and do not cheat. What do I have?

Hi,

Noted your history of touching penis to a public toilet and anxiety about having infection or so as you have tingling sensation at the tip of penis.
First of all, control the anxiety as the medical science is based on scientific basis.
Hence I would advise you the following in such a situation to get over the anxiety.
Get the tests of urine done for routine, microscopy, culture and sensitivity, culture and sensitivity.
Tests of blood for CBC, kidney function tests and STDs in particular.
If all the tests are normal then your anxiety will get over and you will be assured well.
The tingling sensation can then be taken an due to anxiety.
