Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Symptoms fatigue, weight gain, joint pain, with the history of Graves disease, may not be the symptoms again for the thyroid dysfunction but it seems to arthritis changes but for the correct underlying cause condition requires some testing because in differential thought it could be viral infection, but thyroid issue is unlikely unless patient is off the drugs.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
