Is this swine flu ? Please suggest me

Hi I am having cold and cough from last two days.I m worried because of swine flu.So shall i see a doctor immediately or wait for natural recovery? Please suggest.

1. although flu and cold has similar symptoms yet flu tends to be more severe.
2. any associated fever,headache, body aches more with flu and stuffy runny nose more with common cold.
3. If you start experience shortness of breath, pain or pressure on chest/abdomen, confusion, vomiting, reappearance of symptoms after initial disappearance i.e. sinusitis to life threatening pneumonia seek medical attention.
4. If you are worried about your symptoms because whether they are because of swine flu or common cold your doctor will collect sample from your nose or throat to detect H1N1 infection.
5. daily take 10-15 leaves of holy basil (tulsi) with Tinosporia cordifolia (Guduchi) decocotion for protection.
6. avoid junk,canned and packed food.

Dont get panic
if your symptoms don't get reduced in 3 days of normal treatment prescribed by a doctor with a course of antibiotics and fever does not come down get yourself checked for swine flu

Swine flu is due to weak immunity response. it mostly occur in weak immunity person like baby, pregnant women, child and adult with obesity, chronic illness.
The common symptoms are ever, which is usually high
runny nose or stuffy nose
sore throat
body aches
fatigue or tiredness, which can be extreme
diarrhea and vomiting,
for confirmation laboratory examination should be done

Do a blood test to confirm or rule out swine flu. Avoid taking medicines on your own unless prescribed bya doctor.
