Hello and welcome to HCM,
The interpretation of semen analysis report is as follows:
The semen analysis includes physical examination, chemical tests and microscopy.
Microcopy includes sperm counts, sperm concentration, motility, morphology and presence of any abnormal cells.
However, you have mentioned only sperm counts in microscopy so no there is no information about the motility and morphology.

The physical factors i.e. volume, color, pH and liquefaction time are within normal limits.
On microscopy, the sperm count is also within normal limits.

The parameters which are mentioned are within normal limits.

Thanks and take care
