Is This Possible To Have A False DWI With Diabetes?

I recently got arrested fo a dwi when I wasn t even drinking. I have diabetes and read that if my blood sugar was low that I would have giving a false reading. Does anyone know if this is true and where I can find some help?

It will not be due to low sugars, it wil be due to high sugars. When your sugars are high, you froduce a fruity smell due to ketones in your breath that could give a false DWI reading. So get your sugars checked and get dose adjustments done for your medicines if they do not seem to work well in controlling the sugars.
