Is This Creatinine Level Safe For A Person With One Kidney?

I have one kidney due to removal of one kidney in 2008 and mycreatinine level is 1.22, bun level 34 and glucose level 1.22 and the test was done by lab at my docs ofc on 8/7/15 and thats elevated but my oc says t no toobad but I feel that is too elevated because there is an H beside it. what d u think?
