Is Thick White Vaginal Discharge During Pregnancy A Concern?

I am currently 37 weeks pregnant, I am gbs positive, I hav been having diahrrea for the past 3 days and an increase in vaginally discharge that s a thick and white. I hav had no appetite, and I hav been having alot of pelvic pressure and cramps. Should I call my ob oncall?

It can be due to vaginal fungal infection for which you can take some antibiotic preferably cefadroxyl or doxycycline after an expert opinion along with avil or cetrizine for itching. You can take Fole 150 mg or use clingen-forte vaginal pessary to put into the vagina once daily for at-least 5 days. Maintain the hygiene of private part.
