show suspicious linear density on right upper lung. rest of the lung fields are clear. the trachea is in the midline. the heart is not enlarged. the pulmonary vessels are within normal limits. both hemidiaphragms are distinct. the osseous thoracic cage reveals no significant bony aboNormality..........conclusion:......SUSPICIOUS LINEAR DENSITY, RIGHT UPPER LUNG -SUGGEST LORDOTIC VIEW
Linear density on the right upper lung - the most possible cause could be atelectasis. After a collapsed lung - infective / inflammation. But there is nothing much you should worry, malignant ( cancerous lesions) are generally do not have this kind of findings.
Let lordotic view done, even for confirmation a CT scan can be done in case of further suspicion. Good luck.
