I got married 7 years back.Age-38year and My semen analysis report here, Total count:115 million /ml, volume: 2.5ml, Liquification: 30.,Viscosity=Normal, Reaction=Alkaline, Active=55% Sluggish= 20, Non motile=25%, Pus cells=1-2, R.B.Cs=nil, Spermatogenic Cells= + , Abnormal=15% please advise me about my report to improve quality,

the report seems fine
except that the count is mildly low
the normal is expected to be around 150 million
and the motility % is supposed to be higher too
i am not sure what other conditions you have
so i would want a more detailed history
meanwhile avoid heavy work
and tight clothes
a usg of scrotum may help
