Is There Any Surgery For Correcting Finger Joint Deformity?

I have had several dislocations of the proximal joint of my right pinky finger from sports injuries years ago. The finger contnues to deviate in the direction of the dislocation and now it is difficult to type accurately and the deformity is ugly. I am a vital 73 year old. Is there a surgical technique appropriate at this late date that might correct the problem for me?
