Is There Any Side Effects From Azithral, Sinarest And Ibugestic SOS For Sore Throat And Fever?

My 2 year old son is having sore throat, mild temperature and complains of leg pain. He is prescribed azithral 100mg, 5 ml on first day followed by 1.25 from day 2- day 4. , sinarest. Ibugesic SOS. are there any major side effects and how long it will take for him to recover. do I need to give him any additional health suppliments

Dear Friend.
Hi , I am Dr Anshul Varshney , I have read your query in detail , I understand your concern.
Seems he has Upper Respiratory Tract Infection.
As such every drug has side effects , but it's not essential that everyone will get it.
Choice of drugs by your doctor is fine. I would recommend use of Paracetamol SOS instead of Ibugesic.
No health supplements are required.
Usually it takes 3-5 days to get complete relief.
