The drug is a long acting drug and is helpful in a number of conditions like insomnia, anxiety, panic attacks, depression, seizure disorders etc. The drug is a safe drug if used in low doses and if used for short periods of time that too under proper supervision of a doctor. The drug has very high abuse potential. With progressive use individuals develop tolerance to its actions and progressively higher doses are needed to get that effect. So this is the reason most of doctors don t want to prescribed it. The doses you are taking are very high doses and this should be tapered. The drug though prevents seizures but at the same time it makes individual dependent and abrupt stoppage might result in withdrawal seizures. Other anti seizure drugs which are not addicting should be used for treatment. Please visit a psychiatrist for proper dose tapering and for treatment of agoraphobia and seizures. Thanks, Take care
