Is There Any Risk In Catheterization In Class III Heart Failure Patient?

I am in class III heart failure, and have been recommended to go for further catheterization, for diagnostic purposes. I had a massive heart attack, ten years ago and one stent installed. Currently, a recent MIBI stress test showed significant reduced contraction in my damaged heart muscle, compared to a few years ago. I am now thinking that going for the catheterization may be a waste of time, as the prognosis may be inevitable total failure. I am thinking of just living out the rest of my time with no further intervention, any comments.

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, actually catheterization of heart is depends upon certain parameters like Left ventricular function, ejection fraction, contractility, severity of ischemia, site of ischemic lesion, if the patient is not qualified or fit for this then procedure may not be possible, hope this information helps, (Cardiologist actually best judge who could decide what is the best ) take care.
