Is There Any Reaction Of Swallowing Semen?

I swallowed my boyfriends cum yesterday and everything was fine later that night and today but then all of a sudden I got really sharp pains in my stomach and I ran to the bathroom. I also have my period so maybe it's bad cramps but could it be a reaction to the semen?

Semen will not cause reaction so late so your problem is probably related to periods.
