Hi Latha, Welcome to HealthcareMagic Forum.
First get yourself examined by a Dermatologist, so that he can examine you and rule out if there are dark spots or Hyperpigmentation. You will require skin lightening creams, which should be used as directed by your Doctor and go for regular follow up. In the meantime, you can try these Home remedies:
1.) You can squeeze some Lemon Juice and Apply the same after mixing it with Honey on your scars using a cotton ball. Leave this on your face for 10-15 minutes and rinse off with normal room temperature water.
2.) You can also apply Ice Cubes on them regularly, which is a quick way to get rid of them, which is known to soothe irritated skin, tighten pores and keep your skin Hydrated. Drink Plenty of water and avoid stress.

Wish you Good Health.
