If you have been diagnosed with tropical sprue does it also affect your skin, as my husband has large red scaley areas on his body

Yes topical sprue has extra intestinal manifestations including that of the skin. But whether or not the red scaley rash is because of tropical sprue can be told only after examination of the patient
