MRI In a 30 yr male with spontaneous Myxoid degeneration of medial meniscus Post horn, Chondromalacia patellae, and mild lateral translationn of patetlla. How and why this occurs and what can be advised? (as treatment ) He has pain and mild swelling of the knee but doesnt remember any trauma

The changes mentioned by you- spontaneous myxoid degeneration of posterior horn of medial meniscus is a degenerative change.
The degenerative changes can be age related in the absence of any history of trauma.
Chondromalacia of patella is also a degenerative change which may or may not be age related.
The degenerated medial meniscus is of no use thus, it may be required to remove it surgically.
However, consultation with an orthopedician may be required to assess the condition clinically and to plan further management.
