Is There Any Doctor Available To Analyse This Report?

Hello Sir,
My father is 54 years old and he has diabetics (from past 18 years). TMT was done as part of the regular heath checkup and it came as "Mildly positive for inducible ischemia". He says that he is perfectly alright, and there was no chest pain til date. Also, his Glucose (Serum/plasma Post) is 250. A month back he got Typhoid and now it is cured. Usually he does regular checks and 90% of the time his Glucose levels will be under control. Could you please suggest what should be the next step?
Thank you,
Kumar

Since your father is having good TMT there is no need to worry much about cardiac disease. But his sugars are very high. Random 250 is quite high. So consult your diabetologist for control of sugar. Yearly TMT and 2D ECHO are recommended for cardiac evaluation. Diet control with exercise is along with your antidibetic drugs are treatment for sugar control.
