after glucose tolerance test (75) result was 89.5mg/dL (10 hours fasting), 1 hour after 75g glucose 181.7,g/dL, 2 hours after 75g glucose 153.3 mg/ dL . I am 7 month pregnant women. So what would be the next test , PPBS or RBS or any other? am i in a risk? YYYY@YYYY

Hello, Congratulations on being pregnant. If I am your advising doctor I advice you like this. You GTT(Glucose Tolerance Test) results is showing that your 120 minute value shows higher glucose, this makes your diagnosis as diabetic if you have the symptoms of diabetes like increase eating, increase urination, increase thirst. But if you are asymptomatic than you have to carry out repeat GTT and on next time you should be more than previous result to diagnose you a diabetic.
