Hello and welcome to HCM,
The interpretation of semen sample is as follows:
The semen volume of 3 ml per ejaculate is within normal limits.
The white color is also within normal limits, viscous consistency are also within normal limits.
Presence of fructose in semen suggests that secretions of seminal vesicle are within normal limits.
The normal liquefaction time of semen is between 20-30 minutes.
The semen sample liquefies under the influence of certain enzymes secreted by the prostate gland.
Thus, a delay in liquefaction suggests prostatitis which is inhibiting liquefaction.
Semen sample cannot be assessed further without liquefaction, thus, proteolytic enzymes have to be added to liquefy the sample and further assess the sample.

Thanks and take care
