Thanks for writing to HCM

Your child is suffering from colitis (intestine infection) due to protozoa (entamoeba histolytica).
This is indicated by presence of cysts of entamoeba histolytica,pus cells,RBC etc in stool.
Your child need medicines like metronidazole.
Your child should be given adequate fluids and child should be served clean water and hygenic food.
