Is There Any Chance Of HIV Infection After Getting Negative ELISA Test?
I am a 20 year old male and had an unprotected sex with a prostitute then i tested myself with tridot a week later that came out negative then i tested myself with ELISA twice on 2nd and 3rd week then i did westernblot on 4th week all came negative should i still be concerned of infection or not ? i am scared , please help me

yes, you will be concerned. you have to go for earliest confirmative test that is P24 antigen or you can go with hivrna pcr. this test will give you confiramtive test at earliest. rest of the test which you mentioned is not useful in initial period of hiv infection. thnx

you should go for either of P24 antigen test or HIV PCR whichever is available to your nearby laboratory. this will give you a result as for this test to be positive only a month period is required. but during this time you should start your ART treatment for hiv. thnx
