I am diagnosed with adenomyosis. I have been suffering the symptoms since puberty and the severity got increased after the birth of my child. For 4 years im having severe pain and related symptoms of adenomyosis but the diagnosis came only recently. I have been suggested to undergo hysterectomy after a second delivery. I do not have an idea to undergo a second pregnancy presently. Is there no alternative remedy for symptomatic relief other than surgery or ocp?
