Is There An Alternative For Milk Of Magnesia?
Is there an alternative for milk of magnesia? I have been taking milk of magnesia for 4 years now 1 to 2 tablespoons everyday so I can have bowel movements. This was due to a surgery I had in 2012 and they removed part of my colon. I can not have a movement if I take 1 tablespoon but with 1 1/2 i have diarrhea all night long.

If milk of magnesia is giving you loose stools all night,i would suggest you to take syrup duphalac 1 TSP or 2 TSP at night.It will help you maintain better bowel habits
