hi,my mother is 67Y suffering upper abdominal pain,fullness,distention we made US show multiple enlarged porta hepatic lymph nodes and retro caval lymph nodes largest 2*2.5 spleen 13cm,blood test show Hb 10 ESR 60first hour and 115 second hour...........................plz is there probability of malignancy
